Kristy Herrera is an associate attorney at McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC, where she handles all phases of litigation and mediation related to foreclosure, evictions, and housing court cases.

Kristy Herrera attended The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received her bachelors degree in Psychology in 2006. She minored in International Studies and Spanish. After college, she attended law school and received her Juris Doctor from the University of DePaul College of Law. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2013.

She is a member of the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois and recently became a member of the Puerto Rican Bar Association.

In her spare time, she volunteers for Chicago Cares and for the past two years has organized a Backpack Giveaway which takes place in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood of Chicago.
