An opportunity to strengthen LLAA’s presence within Chicago’s cultural landscape
Join LLAA for a summer cultural night at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago as we celebrate Latino and Caribbean arts, music, and community.
LLAA members, alumni, families, and friends are invited to explore the MCA’s Dancehall and Reggaeton exhibition, which highlights the cultural influence, history, and global impact of Caribbean and Latino music and movement. After visiting the exhibition, attendees can gather outdoors for the museum’s Tuesdays on the Terrace summer concert series featuring Chilona, a Chicago-based artist whose music blends R&B, neo-soul, Spanish and English lyrics, and Mexican and Caribbean influences.
This event is an opportunity to connect with fellow alumni and friends, celebrate shared cultural heritage, and experience one of Chicago’s premier cultural institutions together.
